The SBX Wallet — one balance for everything Sebairo does

SBX is Sebairo's unit of account, pegged one to one with the pound. One wallet holds two balances: credits you buy or your plan grants, and cash you earn — and cash can leave for a real bank account.

  • 1 SBX = £1

1 SBX stays £1. Balances are held to the penny, and every movement writes a ledger line you can read.

  • Two balances, on purpose

Credits are for spending inside Sebairo — ads and plans. Cash is money you earned, and it is the balance you can send to someone or withdraw.

  • It updates while you watch

The wallet is live — a payment that lands, an ad that delivers or a transfer that arrives changes the number without a refresh.

Putting money in

  • Top up with a card

Four packs, at fixed prices: £10 for 10 SBX, £25 for 26, £50 for 55 and £100 for 115 SBX. Top-up packs are bought on the sebairo.com checkout.

  • Bonus on the bigger packs

The £25, £50 and £100 packs add 4%, 10% and 15% more SBX. The bonus is credits, spendable on everything Sebairo charges for.

  • Receive from a person

SBX someone sends you arrives as cash, with a notification and a ledger line naming who sent it.

Moving money between people

Sending and requesting both run through the same guarded transfer: your balance is checked and can never be spent twice, both sides get a ledger line, and the receiver is notified.

  • Send SBX

To any Sebairo account, with a note. Only earned cash can be sent — purchased credits stay inside your own account.

  • Request SBX

Ask someone for an amount with a note; they settle or decline with one tap, and you can cancel a request you no longer need.

  • Transfer limits

100 SBX in any rolling 24 hours, and 1,000 SBX in any rolling 30 days.

  • Every line is readable

Purchases, transfers in and out, spending, refunds, earnings and withdrawals each carry their own type and a plain description.

Taking money out

  • From 10 SBX (£10), no fee

Request a withdrawal of earned cash from 10 SBX upwards. Sebairo charges nothing for it.

  • Held the moment you ask

The amount leaves your balance and is held when the request is made, so it cannot be spent twice while it is in flight.

  • Reviewed, then paid

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and paid to your bank account, and each one shows its status in your wallet history.

  • Cancel or be refunded

Cancel while it is still pending and the hold returns to your wallet immediately. A rejected request refunds the same way, with a reason.

What the wallet pays for

  • Ad delivery

Campaigns are charged as they deliver, and pause when the budget is spent.

  • Your subscription

Any plan can be paid from SBX instead of a card — the price is the same number either way.

Questions people actually ask

  • Why can't I withdraw credits?

Credits are prepaid usage — money you already spent on Sebairo services, or an allowance your plan granted. Cash is money you earned. Only earned money leaves.

  • Is my card stored?

Never — every payment happens on Stripe's own hosted checkout, and what comes back is a confirmation, not a card number.

  • What if a payment fails halfway?

Nothing is credited until Stripe confirms it, and a retry can never credit twice. If a payment looks stuck, the checkout help page and the Help Centre can trace it by reference.

  • Do my SBX expire?

No. Balances sit there until you spend, send or withdraw them.

  • Can a business hold a wallet?

No — a wallet belongs to a person, not to a workspace. It belongs to the account that runs the business, and ad spend is written into the workspace's own books as an advertising expense — so the company's numbers stay complete even though the wallet is personal.
