Overview
Sebairo is available in Arabic and English with a native right-to-left layout, and the website supports keyboard navigation and the reduced-motion setting. Screen-reader support in the Android app is being improved.
The sections below describe each area, including what has not yet been tested.
Sebairo has not yet been formally assessed against WCAG, so no conformance level is claimed.
Language and direction
Every screen in the app and every page on this site is available in Arabic and English.
Arabic uses a native right-to-left layout. Spacing, alignment and icon placement follow the text direction (start and end rather than left and right).
The website
- Keyboard navigation
- Every page starts with a skip link, so you can reach the content without tabbing through the header controls. Menus open on click, close on Escape, and report their open state to assistive software.
- Reduced motion
- If your system requests reduced motion, the site stops animating.
- Works without JavaScript
- Every destination in a fold-out menu is also a plain link in the footer, so the site can be navigated with scripting disabled.
- Contrast and screen readers
- Colour contrast has not yet been measured against a standard, and the pages have not yet been tested with a screen reader.
The Android app
Some controls in the app, especially buttons that show an icon without text, do not yet have descriptions for screen readers to announce. TalkBack may read them without a name.
The app follows the system text size on some screens. Enlarging text in system settings may not affect every screen yet.
If you rely on TalkBack, some parts of the app may be difficult to use today.
Planned improvements
- Descriptions on every control
Every icon-only button gets a description that a screen reader can announce. This comes first because it has the largest effect on usability.
- Text size everywhere
The system text size is applied on every screen, so the setting behaves the same throughout the app.
- Contrast measured
Colour pairs are checked against a standard on both the app and this site.
- Testing with assistive technology
The app is tested with a screen reader before these items are marked complete.
This page is updated as each improvement is completed.

An accessibility report means someone cannot use the product, so it is prioritised above feature requests.

Is Sebairo WCAG 2.1 AA compliant?
Sebairo has not yet been formally assessed against WCAG, so it does not claim a conformance level.
Does the app work with TalkBack?
Partly. Some controls do not yet have the descriptions TalkBack needs, so it may announce them without a name. Descriptions are being added.
Does the app support larger text?
The app follows the system text size on some screens, and support is being extended to all of them.
Can I use the website instead of the app?
This site is the marketing site and the Help Centre. Sebairo itself runs in the app.
How do I report an accessibility problem?
