For Business

Run the business inside the app your customers already use

Sebairo is not a business add-on bolted to a chat app. It is a full company system — a public page, a team workspace, a Marketplace storefront, a hiring desk, an Ads Manager and a wallet — sitting in the same place your customers already spend their day.

  • One app, no second install

Your shop, your page and your team live in the same app people use to chat, scroll and shop — no second app to push anyone into.

  • Deep, not a lite version

Workspace apps from Projects to Payroll, switched on per workspace, a storefront with Stripe checkout, an independent Ads Manager, job posts with contracts people sign in the app. Each part is the real thing.

  • One account, many hats

You never create a separate business login. Your Sebairo account owns the workspaces, the shops and the campaigns and switches between them — while your personal chats stay personal.

Pick the shape your business actually has

A restaurant, a design studio, a corner shop and a clinic do not need the same tools. Sebairo gives each of them a different front door, and you can hold more than one at a time.

  • A company

Create a workspace, invite the team, switch on the apps you need, then publish your Client Portal so the company appears in the Business Hub directory.

  • A shop

Open a Marketplace storefront with its own name, logo, category and contacts, list products with stock, and take card payments through Stripe Checkout.

  • An advertiser

Ads Manager stands on its own: go in, choose what to promote — a product, a shop, a company, a post or a job — set the budget, and it runs.

  • An employer

Post jobs from the workspace, read applicants on their real Sebairo profile, and issue an employment contract they sign in the app.

Built for a team, not just a founder

Permissions are not a settings screen you hope people respect — people see exactly what their role allows, module by module, enforced on the server.

  • Roles that mean something

Owner, admin, member and guest — and on top of that, per module: who may view, create, edit, delete and approve.

  • An activity trail

Every module writes who did what and when into the workspace's own activity feed, so a question about last Tuesday has an answer.

  • Clients stay outside

A guest sees the portal you published and their own orders — nothing behind it.

  • Priced per workspace

Sebairo Business is £49.99 a month for the workspace — five seats on everything Pro includes, not per-person arithmetic.

The money side is finished, not promised

Here is the short version of how the money moves.

  • Cards run on Stripe

Buying, topping up and subscribing all happen on Stripe's own hosted checkout. Sebairo never sees or stores a card number.

  • SBX is the wallet

One wallet, two balances: credits you buy or your plan grants, and cash you earn. 1 SBX = £1.

  • Ads are pay-as-delivered

Delivery is billed as it happens, and a campaign pauses when its budget is spent — it never runs up a debt.

  • Money can leave

Earned SBX cash is reviewed and paid to a real bank account, from £10, with no withdrawal fee.

Questions people actually ask

  • Do I need a separate business account?

No. One Sebairo account owns everything. A workspace, a storefront and an ad campaign all belong to you and are kept apart from your personal chats and feed.

  • What does it cost to start?

Nothing. Creating a workspace, opening a storefront and posting a job are free. Sebairo Pro (£19.99/month) unlocks the full Business OS and the Ads Manager; Sebairo Business (£49.99/month per workspace) puts five seats on all of it.

  • Is the shop system the same as the company system?

No, and that is deliberate. A Marketplace storefront and a workspace company are separate systems with separate data: a shop never appears inside your workspace, and a workspace never appears in the Marketplace dashboard. Run one, or both.

  • Which currency does it work in?

Subscriptions, SBX top-ups and withdrawals are in pounds sterling (£). A workspace and a storefront each carry their own currency for their own prices, invoices and books.

  • Can I try it before I invite anyone?

Yes. A workspace of one is a normal workspace — projects, tasks, files, notes, calendar, CRM, finance, inventory and HR all work before a second person exists. Invite people when you are ready.

  • Does my customer need a Sebairo account?

To order, message you or buy, yes — it is what keeps the order attached to a real person. To simply look at your company page, no: a shared business link shows a public preview of the page and its catalogue on the web.
