For Business

A public page for your company

Publish your company from its workspace and it gets a real page inside Sebairo — logo, cover, story, contact details and a catalogue people can order from — plus a listing in the Business Hub, where people go looking.

  • Found in the Business Hub

The Hub is Sebairo's directory of organisations — restaurants, shops, clinics, agencies, schools, gyms, services, charities and public bodies. People search it and filter it by category.

  • A catalogue, not a brochure

Products and services with a price, a picture and a description — and a visitor can place an order or request a booking straight from the page.

  • Published on your say-so

You build the page in the Client Portal app inside your workspace and publish when it is ready. Unpublish and it leaves the directory the same minute.

What a visitor sees

The page is assembled from fields you fill in, not a template you fight. Everything below is optional except the name — put in as much as the business deserves.

  • Identity

Name, logo, cover image, a one-line tagline, a category and an accent colour that carries through the page.

  • The story

An About section in your own words — what you do, who you do it for, and what makes it worth choosing.

  • How to reach you

Phone, email, website and address — shown as buttons, so calling or opening the map is one tap.

  • The catalogue

Products and services, each with a title, description, picture and price in your workspace's currency. Anything you are not selling this week can be switched off.

  • A shareable link

Your page has a sebairo.com address. On a phone with Sebairo it opens the real page; anywhere else it shows a public preview of the company and what it offers.

  • A way to talk

A customer can message the business from the page, and that conversation lands in the business inbox rather than your personal chats.

What happens when someone orders

The page is wired into the workspace behind it — an order is not an email you have to re-type into your own system.

  • It arrives with a reference

Every order or booking gets a short reference and moves through placed, confirmed, in progress, ready and completed.

  • Prices come from the catalogue

Line prices are taken from your catalogue on the server, and each line keeps a snapshot — changing a price tomorrow never rewrites yesterday's order.

  • The customer becomes a client

A first order creates the client record in your CRM, so the second conversation starts with history instead of a blank page.

  • The team is told

New orders notify the workspace and land in its activity feed, so nobody discovers them three days later.

  • The customer can follow it

They see their own order and its status, and can cancel it while it is still unconfirmed — without being able to see anything else about your business.

Three public faces, kept apart on purpose

Sebairo gives a business up to three public surfaces. They are different systems.

  • The company page

This page. It belongs to your workspace, appears in the Business Hub, and takes orders and bookings.

  • The Marketplace storefront

A separate shop identity in the Marketplace with products, a cart and card checkout. It never appears inside your workspace.

  • Your ads

Independent of both. A campaign carries a snapshot of the name and logo it is published under, so it keeps running even if what it points at changes.

Questions people actually ask

  • Is this a website?

It is your page inside Sebairo, with a sebairo.com link you can share anywhere. It is not a hosted website on your own domain, and it does not try to be one — it is where the customers who are already in Sebairo find and order from you.

  • Can I have more than one company page?

Each workspace publishes one page. Two genuinely separate businesses should be two workspaces — separate team, separate books, separate page.

  • Can customers pay by card on the page?

Not yet. Portal orders and bookings are requests you confirm and fulfil, and you settle payment the way you already do. Card checkout today lives on the Marketplace side — if you sell products online, open a storefront as well.

  • Do I have to be listed in the directory?

No — leave the page unpublished and work only with the clients you invite; the client portals page covers working that way.

  • What if I close the business?

Unpublish the page and it disappears from the Hub. Orders your customers already placed stay readable to them as history — records are never quietly deleted out from under someone.
