For Business
The workspace: your company, running
A workspace is the company itself — the people, the projects, the clients, the stock, the books and the payroll — with apps you switch on as you need them, and permissions the server enforces rather than the interface.
Switch apps on, not off
A new workspace starts with the essentials and nothing else. Add CRM, Inventory, HR or Finance the day you actually need them.
Permissions with teeth
View, create, edit, delete and approve are decided per module per role, enforced on the server — so a member cannot reach payroll by guessing a link.
More than one company
Run several workspaces from one account and switch between them. Each has its own team, currency, books and public page.
The everyday apps
These are switched on from the first minute, because every organisation needs them whatever it sells.
Projects
Plans, phases, attached files and visible progress.
Tasks
To-dos with priorities, on a board or as a table.
Files
Folders, uploads and sharing, scoped to the workspace.
Notes & Wiki
Documents, the knowledge base and the policies people ask about.
Calendar & Meetings
Deadlines and events, plus the workspace's group chat and meeting calls in the same place.
Members & Activity
People, roles and invites — and an audit feed of who did what, when.
The business apps
Turn these on and the workspace stops being a project tool and starts being an operating system for the company.
Clients & CRM
Client records with tags, notes and a timeline, plus a deal pipeline with stages, values and expected close dates.
Finance
Ledger accounts, income and expense entries, invoices and reports — with approvals for the entries that need them.
Inventory
Stock items, movements in and out, suppliers and purchase orders.
HR
The roster, leave requests and balances, payroll runs — and the same screen shows an ordinary member only themselves.
Client Portal
The public company page and the private per-client window, both driven from here.
Hiring
Job posts, the applicant pipeline and employment contracts, wired into the same people records HR uses.
How work gets in and out
The workspace is connected on both ends — work comes in from outside, and goes back out.
In from your page
Orders and bookings from the published company page arrive as records, create the client, and notify the team.
In from conversations
Customer chats have their own business inbox with assignment, status, labels and internal notes the customer never sees.
Out to your clients
Each client gets a portal showing their own work and orders — and nothing belonging to anyone else.
Out to the market
Ads Manager can promote the company, a job or a product without the workspace and the Marketplace ever mixing data.
Questions people actually ask
How many people can a workspace hold?
Invite as many as you need. Sebairo Business is priced per workspace and includes five seats.
Can a client see inside the workspace?
No. Clients are guests: they see their portal and their own orders — nothing else.
Is my personal Sebairo mixed in?
No. You use one account, but a workspace is a separate space with its own data and its own inbox. Your personal chats, feed and wallet stay yours.
What happens if I remove someone?
They lose access immediately, and what they did stays in the activity trail. Removing a person never deletes the company's records.
Do I need the Business plan?
Not to start. The workspace apps come with Sebairo Pro; the Business plan is for a team that wants seats on all of it.
