No. Clients order from the page you publish and see their own orders from their accounts. People you work with from outside, such as freelancers, specialists or other companies, join as contractors and cannot open the workspace's apps, including clients, finances, HR and payroll.
No. You use one account, but a workspace is a separate space with its own data and its own inbox. Your personal chats, feed and wallet stay yours.
They lose access immediately, and what they did stays in the activity trail. Removing a person does not delete the company's records.
