Sell on the Sebairo Marketplace

Open a shop with its own name and identity, list what you sell with real stock counts, and let buyers pay by card through Stripe Checkout — all from the phone in your hand.

  • The shop is its own identity

Name, logo, category and contact details belong to the shop, not to your personal profile — the Selling page covers the rest.

  • Payments you do not have to build

Checkout is a Stripe-hosted page, and an order is marked paid only once Stripe confirms the payment.

  • Stock that actually counts down

A listing can carry a stock quantity, and stock counts down automatically the moment an order is paid — so you are not selling the last one twice.

Listing something

A listing takes a minute: what it is, what it costs, what it looks like. Everything else is optional detail that helps it get found.

  • Photos

Several images per listing, with the first as the cover. Buyers swipe through them on the product page.

  • Price and currency

Priced in the shop's currency, shown to buyers exactly as Stripe will charge it.

  • Category and condition

A category so browsers find it, and a condition — new, like new, good or fair — for second-hand goods.

  • Stock

Leave it open for made-to-order work, or set a number and watch it fall as orders are paid.

  • Off, not deleted

Switch a listing inactive when you run out. It stops selling immediately and comes back with one tap.

  • More than one shop

Run several storefronts from one account, each with its own staff and roles.

From basket to delivered

The order is the same object for both sides of the sale — the buyer tracks it, you act on it.

  • The buyer's basket

Buyers add items, review the basket and check out. The total and the currency come from the listings themselves on the server.

  • Stripe takes the money

Checkout opens Stripe's hosted page. If the payment does not complete, the order simply stays pending — nothing is shipped on a maybe.

  • Your order desk

Paid orders surface as needing action, with the buyer's name and the shop shown plainly.

  • History survives

If you later delete a shop, the orders it took stay readable to the buyer.

Getting found

Three things put listings in front of people.

  • Browse and search

The Marketplace is one of Sebairo's main destinations, with categories and search across every active listing.

  • Shareable product links

Every listing has a sebairo.com link that previews the item — title, price, photo — anywhere you paste it.

  • Ads in the Marketplace

Marketplace is one of the four ad placements, so you can put a product in front of people who are already shopping.

Questions people actually ask

  • What does Sebairo take from a sale?

Sebairo charges no per-sale commission today — the platform earns from subscriptions and advertising.

  • How do I get the money from a paid order?

Sebairo collects the payment and the order is marked paid. To receive your sale proceeds, write to support — settlement is arranged with you directly. Refunds go back to the buyer's card, and every order keeps its full history.

  • Can someone else run the shop with me?

Yes. A storefront has its own staff list with roles, separate from any workspace team — the shop is the market's own system.

  • Do buyers need the app to buy?

Yes — a signed-in Sebairo account is what ties an order to a person and gives them somewhere to track it. A product link shared on the web previews the item and opens the app to buy.

  • What about refunds and disputes?

Talk to the buyer first — your chat with the buyer is right there. If it cannot be settled, the buyer reports the problem on the order, you answer it there, and Sebairo can be asked to step in. The orders page explains the whole path.
