Sebairo charges no per-sale commission. The platform is funded by subscriptions and advertising.

Yes. A signed-in Sebairo account ties an order to a person and gives them a place to track it. A product link shared on the web shows a preview of the item and opens the app to buy.
Start with the chat, since the deal is between you and the buyer. A buyer can also report a problem and leave a rating. Sebairo holds no money, so it cannot refund or reverse a payment you have taken.
