How your language is chosen
Each part of Sebairo follows one clear rule, and your explicit choice always takes priority over the automatic one.
- The app follows your phone
- On first launch the app uses the device language when it is one of the available languages, and English otherwise.
- Your choice is saved to your account
- The language you choose in Settings is saved to your account, so it is there when you sign in on a new phone. The device language never overrides your choice.
- The website follows your browser
- sebairo.com opens in your browser's preferred language. Once you choose a language yourself, your choice is used on the website and in the Help Centre.
Help and legal documents
Help articles are available in Arabic and English. The legal documents, including the Terms and the Privacy Policy, are published in English as the authoritative text, at a single address in the Help Centre.
If you open a legal document from an Arabic link, you are taken to the same address.
Text direction
Sebairo supports both right-to-left and left-to-right languages with the same layout.

Arabic in the design
Sebairo is designed from the start for reading in Arabic: how text wraps, where a screen begins, and how numbers sit inside an Arabic sentence.
As a result, buttons and sentences keep their full form in Arabic, and the layout works in each language with the correct geometry for it.

Their authoritative text is a single version. Explanations and help are available in your language.
