For Business
Hiring, and being hired
Post a role from your workspace, read applicants on their real Sebairo profile, move them through the pipeline, and issue an employment contract they sign in the app — then they appear in HR as an employee.
One profile, not a CV upload
Applications ride the person's central Sebairo profile — their title, education, skills and everything they have posted. There is no separate jobs identity to keep up to date.
The role belongs to the company
Job posts belong to a workspace, so the whole team can see the pipeline and the company name on the post is the real one.
It ends in a contract
Hiring does not stop at “we would like to offer you”. You issue a contract with a salary and terms; they review and sign it in the app.
Posting a role
The fields are the ones candidates actually filter on, and nothing they do not.
Employment type
Full-time, part-time, contract, freelance or internship.
Where the work happens
On-site, remote or hybrid, with the location that goes with it.
Pay, in the open
A salary range with its currency — optional, but a posted range gets better applicants than “competitive”.
Open or closed
Close a post when you have enough applicants; reopen it if the hire falls through.
A shareable link
Every job has a sebairo.com link that previews the role anywhere you post it.
Promote it
Jobs is one of the four ad placements, and a campaign can be aimed at people who have marked themselves open to work.
From applicant to employee
The pipeline is short on purpose — every stage exists because somebody has to do something.
They apply
One tap from the job. Their profile is the application, so there is nothing to attach and nothing to lose.
You review
The hiring desk lists applicants per role. Open a profile, message them, and decide.
You offer
Issue an employment contract with the job title, salary and currency. It appears in their applications with a review button.
They sign
The candidate reads and signs in the app; the contract carries its own status through sent, signed and approved.
HR takes over
A hire becomes an employee record with a start date, department, leave balance and a place in payroll.
The other side of the desk
Jobs is not only for employers. The same section is where someone looks for work.
Browse and filter
Search open roles by type, workplace and location, and see who is hiring.
Open to work
Mark yourself open to work on your profile — it is also how job ads know to reach you rather than everyone.
Track your applications
Everything you applied to in one list, with the contract waiting for your signature when an offer comes.
Questions people actually ask
Do I need a workspace to post a job?
Yes. A job belongs to an organisation, which is what a workspace is — it is also what gives applicants a real company to look at instead of an anonymous post.
Is the contract legally binding?
Sebairo records what both sides agreed and when they agreed it. Whether a given contract satisfies employment law where you operate is between you and your own advisors — we do not give legal advice.
Can I hire without posting publicly?
Yes. You can issue a contract to someone directly from the hiring desk — useful when you already know who you want.
Does it cost anything to post?
Posting a job is free. Promoting it with an ad costs whatever budget you set, charged as it is delivered.
Who sees an application?
The workspace people whose role allows hiring. It is not public, and applying to one company tells nobody else.
