For Business
The business inbox
Customer conversations get their own inbox with assignment, status, priority, labels and internal notes — while the customer sees an ordinary private chat and never learns any of it exists.
Work is not personal
Customer threads live in the business inbox, not in your own chat list. Closing the laptop on Friday does not mean losing a customer in a pile of family messages.
Somebody owns it
Assign a conversation to a person, set its status and priority, and it stops being everyone's problem and therefore nobody's.
Notes the customer cannot see
Internal notes, labels, pinning and muting are staff-side only. The customer's view is a normal Sebairo chat.
How a conversation is handled
It arrives
A customer messages the business from its page or a product, and the thread opens in the business inbox.
It is triaged
Assign it, set priority, add labels — the same three moves a support desk makes on every ticket it has ever seen.
It is answered
By whoever owns it, in a normal chat with everything Sebairo chats can do — media, voice notes, replies.
It is closed
Status moves on and the thread leaves the open pile without the history going anywhere.
Why it is separate
For the customer
One chat with a business, exactly like a chat with a friend. No ticket numbers, no portal login, no email thread.
For the team
A shared queue where nothing is answered twice and nothing is answered never.
For the record
The conversation sits beside the client record and their orders, so context is one tap away rather than a memory test.
Questions people actually ask
Does the customer know they were reassigned?
No. Assignment, labels, priority and internal notes are readable only by the workspace's own people.
Can I reply from my personal account?
You reply as the business. It is your account underneath — that is what makes it one app — but the conversation belongs to the workspace and stays there if you hand it over.
What if I am a one-person business?
The inbox is still worth having: it keeps customers out of your personal chat list and keeps every thread beside the client record it belongs to.
