Two ways to delete
You do not need to contact anyone or explain yourself. If you can still sign in, the fastest route is inside the app and it takes effect immediately.
- In the app
Open Settings, scroll to the danger zone, and choose to delete your account. You will be asked to confirm. Deletion runs under your own signed-in session, which is why nobody else — including us — can trigger it for you.
- By email, if you cannot sign in
If you have uninstalled the app, lost access to your account, or simply prefer not to install anything, email support@sebairo.com from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We verify that the request comes from the account holder before acting — otherwise anyone could delete anyone.
Deletion is permanent. There is no undo, no grace period and no archived copy we can restore for you afterwards.
What is erased
Your account and the data attached to it are removed from Sebairo's systems — your profile, your posts, comments, reactions, stories and reels, your chats and calls, your listings, your saved items, your wallet records, your device sessions, and your notification tokens. This is not a flag that hides you; the data itself is deleted.
If you have a paid subscription, it is cancelled at our payment provider BEFORE your account is removed. If that cancellation fails for any reason, the deletion stops and reports an error rather than leaving a card being charged for an account that no longer exists.
What is kept, and why
Some records are not yours alone, and deleting your account does not delete them. What happens instead is that your name is removed from them: the record survives with no link to you.
- Orders and receipts
- An order involves a seller as well as you, and both sides need the record for tax and dispute purposes. The order stays; the buyer is detached.
- Invoices and business records
- If you raised an invoice or a finance entry inside a workspace, it belongs to that business, not to you. Deleting your account must not destroy your employer's books, so the record stays and the creator becomes unknown.
- Employment and payroll records
- Employment contracts and payroll runs are records an employer is legally required to keep. They stay, detached from your account.
- Safety reports
- If you reported someone, or someone reported you, the report survives without your identity attached. A safety system where deleting your account erases the reports against you would be trivially abused.
Two things we will not pretend about. Photos and videos you uploaded to public parts of the app are not purged at the same moment your account is — removing them is a separate step, and if that matters to you, say so in your deletion request and we will handle it. And if you own a team workspace, deleting your account leaves that workspace without an owner rather than deleting it, so hand it over first.

- Empty your wallet
- Any balance you are holding is not refunded on deletion. Withdraw or spend it first.
- Hand over what others rely on
- Transfer workspace ownership and pass business pages to a colleague before you go.

How long does it take?
From the app, immediately. By email, we act as soon as we have confirmed the request is yours, and within 30 days at the latest.
Can I get a copy of my data before deleting?
Yes. Ask at support@sebairo.com before you delete — once the account is gone there is nothing left to export.
Can I delete just my data but keep the account?
Individual items — posts, listings, messages — can be deleted from inside the app without closing your account. This page is for removing the account itself.
I never installed the app but you have my data. What now?
That can happen if an employer added you to a workspace. Email support@sebairo.com and we will tell you exactly what exists and remove what is ours to remove.
