The offer is a real document
Being hired produces a contract you read and sign by typing your own name. It arrives in a private chat, not as an attachment you have to find again later.
Finding something
Jobs opens on everything currently open, newest first, with search across the title and description. Each posting names the organisation that placed it, and the organisation has a real page you can read before you apply — the same Business Hub entry its customers see, not a recruiter's summary of itself.
Apply in one tap
Your career card goes with the application, and you can add a short note. Applying twice to the same posting is not possible — the button knows you already did.
Nothing is posted about you
Applying is private between you and that organisation. It does not appear on your profile, in your feed, or to your contacts.
After you apply
Every application you have sent sits in one list with the state the employer actually set. An application moves through plain states — submitted, reviewing, shortlisted, and finally hired or rejected — and you are notified each time it changes.
The contract, in order
Hired means a contract is generated from the posting itself and delivered into a private conversation with the company. You read it there.
Signing is typing your name
You sign by typing your own full name, or you decline. A signed contract becomes immutable — neither side can quietly edit what was agreed.
Then it is real
When the company approves your signature, it brings you into its workspace, and your HR conversation opens there.
Questions people actually ask
Do I need to build a CV to apply?
No. The career card on your normal Sebairo profile is what goes with the application, and you edit it in place. There is deliberately no second jobs-only profile.
Can my employer or my contacts see that I applied?
No. An application is between you and the organisation you sent it to. It is not a post, it does not appear on your profile, and nobody else is told.
Is the contract legally binding?
Sebairo records what both sides agreed and who signed it, and makes it unchangeable afterwards. What legal weight that carries depends on your country and the terms your employer wrote — the app is the record, not the lawyer, and it does not pretend otherwise.
What if I sign and then change my mind?
Decline instead of signing while it is still yours to decide. Once you have signed, the contract is fixed and the company still has to approve it — after that it is an employment matter between you and them, exactly as it would be anywhere else.
Are there fees to apply?
No. Applying is free. Sebairo charges businesses for the tools they run their side on, never a person for looking for work.
