A marketplace where the money has a way back

Buy and sell inside the app you already message people in. Card checkout runs through Stripe, every order keeps its own record, and when something goes wrong there is a real process at the end of it — a claim with a deadline, and a refund Sebairo can actually make because it is holding the payment.

  • Only buyers can rate

A review cannot be written without an order containing that product. There is nothing to filter, and no badge to look for — every star came from a purchase.

  • 48 hours, then Sebairo decides

Report a problem and the seller has two days. Silence or a refusal, and you can hand it to Sebairo — who can return the money without the seller's cooperation.

Finding something

The market opens on everything for sale, newest first, as a grid of cards carrying the price, the picture and — once someone who bought it has said so — the rating. Twelve categories, a search that reads the title and the description, a price range, and a sort by newest or by price. Nothing is behind a login: you can read a product, its shop and its reviews before you have an account.

  • The product page

A swipeable gallery, the price in bold, the condition and category as chips, the description, and the seller as a card with their store's own rating on it.

  • Ask before you pay

Message the seller straight from the product. The thread is an ordinary Sebairo chat and it is labelled with the item, so what you agreed is still there afterwards.

  • Stock, when the seller tracks it

A listing can carry a unit count, and a paid order moves it down automatically. Sellers who do not count stock simply leave it empty rather than lying about it.

Paying, and what happens to the money

Checkout opens a Stripe payment page. Sebairo never sees or stores your card number — the card details are typed into Stripe's own form, and what comes back is a confirmation. An order becomes paid only when the payment is confirmed.

  • Sebairo holds the payment

Because Sebairo holds the payment, a refund does not depend on the seller's goodwill — it can always be returned to your card.

  • Your orders, with their state

Pending, paid, fulfilled, cancelled or refunded — each order shows where it is, what it cost and which shop it came from.

  • Refunds go back to the card

A refund is a real Stripe refund to the card that paid, in full or in part. Partial is normal: if half the order was fine, that half was never in dispute.

When it goes wrong

Report the problem on the order itself. Sebairo asks which of five things happened — it never arrived, it is not as described, it arrived damaged, you changed your mind, or something else — takes photos if you have them, and sends it to the seller as a claim. The seller has 48 hours to refund you or to decline with a reason. If they say nothing, the Escalate button appears and Sebairo reviews it; if they decline, you can escalate immediately, because you already have their answer and disagree with it. A seller who simply stops replying cannot run the clock out on you.

  • The claim is a record

Once Sebairo has ruled, neither side can quietly relabel it — a settled claim cannot be rewritten.

  • Reporting is a different thing

A claim gets your money back. Reporting a listing, a shop or a review tells Sebairo somebody should not be trading. Do both when both apply.

  • Keep it in the chat

Most problems are a delay or a misunderstanding. A claim reviewed by Sebairo is decided on what can be seen, so a conversation you can show is the strongest thing you have.

Selling

Anyone can open a shop. It has its own name, logo, description and contact details, and its own staff list — an owner, managers who can change products and orders, and staff who can see and fulfil orders without touching the settings. A shop is not a business page and not a company workspace; it belongs to the market and nothing else.

  • Orders arrive as work

A paid order shows the buyer, what they bought and what it came to, with fulfil and cancel on it — and a queue of any claims, oldest first, with the 48-hour clock drawn on each.

  • Your rating comes from buyers

Every paying customer can rate what they bought, and those ratings become your shop's stars on every listing you have. You cannot write them, buy them, or have a bad one deleted for being bad.

  • You get one public reply

Answer a review once, under it, where the next buyer reads both. There is no thread — nobody deciding whether to buy should have to read an argument.

Questions people actually ask

  • Does Sebairo ship anything, or track a delivery?

No. There is no carrier, no tracking number, no delivery date and no delivery address anywhere in the app. Two people arrange the physical side themselves, which is why the app puts a chat on every product. Sebairo is where you agree the sale — not a delivery service.

  • Can a seller pay to remove a bad review?

No, and there is no mechanism that could. A review comes down only through moderation and only for the reasons any content comes down — abuse, spam, a personal attack. Disagreeing with it is not one of them. A seller's move against a bad review is to reply to it in public.

  • Can I review something I was refunded for?

Yes, deliberately. Someone who had to claim their money back has the most useful thing to say about a seller, and leaving them out would quietly tilt every rating toward the sales that went well.

  • What does a shop with no rating mean?

That it is new, not that it is bad. Sebairo shows nothing rather than a zero. Treat an unrated seller as unknown: read the listing carefully, ask in the chat, and prefer meeting in person for anything expensive.

  • Is my card number stored anywhere in Sebairo?

No. Checkout hands you to Stripe's own payment page and the card details never pass through Sebairo. What Sebairo keeps is the order, the amount, and Stripe's reference for the payment — which is what a refund is issued against.

  • Does Sebairo check sellers or approve listings first?

No. A listing goes live the moment its seller creates it, so a listing being visible tells you nothing about whether it is genuine. What exists instead is after the fact and real: ratings only buyers can write, reporting on every listing, shop and review, and a claim process that ends in a refund.

  • Can I buy from two shops in one payment?

No — the cart groups by shop and pays one seller at a time. One payment cannot be split across two people's money, and pretending otherwise would make refunds impossible to attribute.
